This hotline provides a safe and reliable way for FEI employees and others to report concerns about conduct at the company, including the following:

  • Suspected violations of law
  • Suspected fraudulent activities
  • Suspected violation of FEI policies, including FEI’s Conflict of Interest and Business Ethics rules
  • Suspected violations of internal accounting controls
  • Reporting of fraudulent financial information

If you are uncomfortable discussing a matter with your supervisor, you can contact our legal department or use the hotline. All reports will be taken seriously and will be promptly and thoroughly investigated, and the information disclosed during the investigation will, to the extent practical and appropriate, remain confidential.
